Shipping policy
עדכנתי את זמני המשלוח לטווחים ארוכים יותר, ושיניתי אותם גם בדף Shipping באתר וגם בשאלה על זמני משלוח ב־FAQ. הזמנים לפי אזור הם הערכות שמרניות שלי, כי לא בדקתי מול CJ. שווה לוודא אותם מול CJ בהמשך. זה הנוסח להדבקה ב־Settings → Policies → Shipping policy:

**Shipping Policy**
**Processing time**
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
**Shipping rates**

**Estimated delivery times (after shipping)**
- United States: 8–15 business days
- UK & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Israel: 12–25 business days
- Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
- Asia & Middle East: 10–20 business days
These are estimates. Delivery can take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or because of customs delays.
**Customs, duties and taxes**
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs office. These are the customer's responsibility.
**Multiple packages**
Our products ship from different warehouses, so orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
**Tracking**
Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show updates.
**Lost, delayed or damaged packages**
If tracking hasn't updated for 15 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
**Wrong address**
Please check your address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
