30-day returns
If you're not happy, request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, blenders and bottles used with food or drinks can't be returned unless defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, with no return needed.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
